John Routhier is a Senior Wealth Advisor at NEIRG Wealth Management. He joined the firm in September 2023. John collaborates with clients to understand their unique needs to create & execute financial plans that secure his client’s short- and long-term goals. He strongly believes in client education and strives to empower clients so that they can make sound financial decisions regarding their future.

John has 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining the firm, John worked as an Investment Advisor at Hemenway & Barnes, where he designed and implemented customized investment recommendations for Ultra-High Net Worth clients. Prior to that, he was a Portfolio Manager for Pallas Capital Advisors. John earned his bachelor’s degree at Assumption College, where he was a member of the varsity hockey team.

In his spare time, John enjoys traveling, cooking, golfing, and coaching his sons in various sports. He grew up in Medford, Massachusetts, and currently lives in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, with his wife Justine and their two sons.
