Yaleesa Rodriguez joined NEIRG Wealth Management in July 2023 as a First Impressions Coordinator. She enjoys building client relationships, providing an elevated level of concierge experience, and building a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Yaleesa graduated in 2019 from Salem State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Prior to her role with NEIRG, Yaleesa worked with Affiliated Managers Group, where she held various roles including client service, C-suite executive support and the management of the office assistant team regarding business processes and operations.

Yaleesa loves spending time with family and friends, skiing, reading, and interior design projects.
